Yoga for Kids
Children derive great physical and mental benefits from yoga. At Bright Minds children 2.5 years and older will be exposed to yoga as part of our daily curriculum. Some of the benefits include:

- Creates a healthy body awareness.
In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves through simple breathing techniques. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness through a physical activity that is safe and fun. At Bright Minds, children and teachers both love every minute of it! Yoga practice is incorporated in our daily schedule as children get to exercise, play, stretch, develop gross motors skills and clear their minds. Yoga class has become the number one activity children look forward to every day.
